Capone Gourmet
It was between epicureans and catering professionals that Capone Gourmet came to life in November 2020.
At that time, after more than 9 months of confinement related to Covid-19, every good restaurant had to close its doors, thereby depriving their regulars of their gastronomy. Then a new "norm" appeared: that of cooking at home.
We then had the idea of creating Capone Gourmet in order to offer all homes the possibility of rediscovering the pleasure of consuming prestigious products under a single address, in addition to offering recipes and tips to make your taste buds salivate like in the good old days, in the atmosphere of your residences.
The name Capone Gourmet came first, referring to the prohibition era when certain products, in this case alcohol, could only be obtained from Capone and his cronies. Our prohibition, 100 years later, is restaurants and their famous exceptional gourmet dishes and foods like caviar, Wagyu beef, aged beef, truffles and many others.
